At home, a dog must be indoors, in a fenced yard or on a leash at all times, and that leash rule follows you into the city's parks and trails, which are open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The city lists no dog park or off-leash area. Pick up after your dog on walkways and trails, and keep barking from turning into a disturbance for your neighbors, since the city treats excessive barking as unlawful.
