Shipping policy

When you check out, you finish your order on a secure Fourthwall page. Fourthwall is the seller of record for the DogServ store: it takes the payment, collects any sales tax, prints each item after you order it, ships it to you and handles questions about your order. Fourthwall's Help Center says production takes 2 to 5 business days before an item ships, and that a typical US order arrives 5 to 12 business days after the order date. The delivery time shown for your item at checkout is the one that applies to your order.

Fourthwall's Terms of Service, last updated August 19, 2026, say that each product order is a transaction directly between Fourthwall and the buyer, and that Fourthwall is responsible for sourcing, shipping, returns and refunds on those orders. The same Terms name Fourthwall as the Merchant of Record for sales tax.

That is why your order confirmation, shipping emails and any charge on your card statement come from Fourthwall, not from DogServ. DogServ never sees or stores your card number.

Every item is made to order. Fourthwall says on-demand products are made after purchase, and that production takes 2 to 5 business days before the item ships. It adds that production can take longer during holidays or large product drops.

International orders take longer, Fourthwall says, because of customs processing and longer transit routes.

Fourthwall's Help Center, updated May 11, 2026, says it ships print-on-demand products to most countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada and Mexico, every European Union member state, the United Kingdom, much of Latin America, Asia-Pacific and Africa, with limited coverage in the Middle East. Coverage varies by product because Fourthwall uses more than one production partner.

The country list at checkout is the current authority. If your country does not appear there, that product cannot be ordered for it. Fourthwall also lists some destinations as temporarily or permanently unavailable, including sanctioned countries and US territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam. Its list of countries has the full detail.

You see the shipping charge at checkout before you pay. Fourthwall's shipping costs page says the price depends on the item, the destination and where it is made, along with weight, size, order quantity and local carrier availability. Fourthwall says it passes through the true shipping cost.

For a rough idea, Fourthwall published these first-item estimates for T-shirts and lightweight apparel on May 20, 2026. They are estimates, not guarantees, and additional items usually ship at a lower rate per item.

Whether you pay at checkout or at your door depends on the route. Fourthwall's Help Center, updated September 22, 2026, describes two kinds.

On Delivery Duty Unpaid routes, import duties and customs fees are the customer's responsibility, paid to the carrier or customs authority on delivery. On Delivery Duty Paid routes, duties and taxes are collected at checkout. Fourthwall says most of its orders to the European Union use the paid route. For EU orders of 150 euros or less, a flat 3 euros per item in customs duty is collected at checkout, and larger orders use the standard tariff duty, also collected at checkout.

A cart shipping across a border shows a notice at checkout saying where the shipment is sent from and whether you are responsible for customs duties or import taxes on that route. VAT and other import charges can differ by country, product and route, so check the customs line at checkout and confirm anything specific with the carrier or your customs authority.

Fourthwall emails you when your order ships and again when it is delivered. The shipping email contains the carrier's tracking number. Fourthwall's Understanding Order IDs page explains that the separate eight-character Fourthwall Order ID is the reference to use for support, refunds and order questions, so keep both.

Many shipments pass between two carriers, Fourthwall warns. A package may start with DHL or UPS and be handed to a local carrier such as USPS. The first tracking number can stop updating after the handoff, and a "Label Created" status that does not change for several days may simply mean the package is between carriers.

If tracking says delivered and nothing is there, Fourthwall suggests asking neighbors, building staff and mailrooms, checking package lockers, then waiting two business days after the delivery scan. If it still has not turned up, contact Fourthwall support with your Order ID and tracking number.

If a package is in transit with no update, Fourthwall's September 22, 2026 page says to wait at least two weeks after the ship date for US orders, or three weeks for international orders, before treating it as lost. Its missing, damaged or incomplete orders article, updated April 29, 2026, says Fourthwall will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost. Check your shipping address carefully at checkout, including the apartment or unit number. The order is printed and shipped to the address you enter. Fourthwall's cancellation page, updated September 30, 2026, gives a 1-hour window to cancel an on-demand order, so if you spot a mistake, contact Fourthwall support right away.
