Refund and returns policy
Last updated October 10, 2026. This page covers what to do if a shirt from the DogServ store arrives damaged, misprinted or in the wrong size, what happens if you change your mind, and how cancellations and refunds work. Fourthwall sells, makes and ships every store order, so the rules for store items below are Fourthwall's, with the Help Center page date noted.
The short version
Store items are made to order, and Fourthwall, the seller of record for the DogServ store, handles returns, replacements and refunds. Fourthwall's returns policy, updated July 31, 2026, says it does not accept returns for a change of mind or a size you picked yourself. Returns and replacements are available when there is a verified quality or fulfillment problem, such as a damaged item, a defective print, or a wrong size shipped by the production partner.
What this page covers
- Store items, the shirts and other printed products in the DogServ store. Each one is printed after you order it and shipped by Fourthwall. Our shipping policy explains delivery.
- Digital products, such as downloadable guides and checklists, if DogServ sells them directly. These are also covered by our digital license and usage rights.
It does not cover products you buy from other stores through links on DogServ, such as Amazon; that store's own return policy applies. It does not cover services for dog businesses, which are governed by your agreement with Web Leveling.
What if a store item is damaged, defective or wrong?
If your item arrives damaged, with a defective print, or as the wrong size or product, Fourthwall's policy gives you a clear path:
- Contact Fourthwall support within 30 days of the delivery date, at support@fourthwall.com or through its Help Center.
- Include your eight-character Order ID.
- Send clear photos of the damage or defect. Photos are required for every quality report.
- For a wrong size, photograph the size label.
Fourthwall reviews the claim and works with the production partner. If the claim is approved, a replacement ships at no cost to you. Keep the item and its packaging until you hear back.
What about a size I picked, or a change of mind?
Because each item is made to order, Fourthwall does not accept returns for a change of mind or a size preference. If you ordered a medium and later want a large, that is not eligible for an exchange, since the shirt was made to the size you chose. Size exchanges happen only when the production partner shipped the wrong size, which goes through the steps above.
Each product page in the store has a size guide with the garment's measurements. Lay a shirt you already like flat, measure its length and width, and compare them with the chart before you order. Fourthwall's suppliers note the measurements can differ by up to 2 inches (5 cm).
Buyers in the European Union, European Economic Area or United Kingdom may have statutory withdrawal rights. Fourthwall's Terms of Service describe a general 14-day withdrawal period for eligible physical goods after you receive them, with exceptions that include goods made to the buyer's specifications.
How do refunds and cancellations work?
Fourthwall's page on cancel, refund, exchange and return, updated September 30, 2026, says it accepts returns within 30 days only for defective products covered by a supplier warranty. For a defective product that qualifies, the purchase price is refunded and return costs are covered. Refunds go back to the payment method you used at checkout.
Cancelling is time sensitive. Fourthwall's cancellation and refund page, also updated September 30, 2026, gives a 1-hour window to cancel an on-demand order. If you need to cancel, contact Fourthwall support right away.
Digital products
Because a digital product cannot be returned once it has been downloaded, we do not give refunds when you simply change your mind. We will give you a replacement file or a full refund if, within 7 days of purchase:
- you cannot download or open the product because of a problem on our side, and we cannot fix it;
- the file is damaged or incomplete; or
- the product is materially different from its description.
Ask through the contact form with your order number and the email address you used.
If you get stuck
If your situation does not fit the steps above, or you cannot tell where to send a claim, use our contact form. Include your Order ID and a short description, and we will point you the right way.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any right you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you, including rights for faulty goods. If the law where you live gives you more, you keep those rights. The governing law, venue and dispute terms in our terms of service apply to this policy.
