Trophy Club, TX has one place for off-leash play: Freedom Dog Park, at 2675 Trophy Park Drive, with separate fenced areas for large and small dogs plus a training area. Dogs must be at least four months old and wear a current rabies tag, the small-dog side is for dogs under 35 pounds, and dogs in heat stay home. Town parks are generally open 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., and the dog park closes every Thursday for maintenance. In other town parks, dogs must be on a leash, cord or chain.

Pet registration is no longer required in Trophy Club, but the town's FAQ describes a free, voluntary registration database for residents that helps police return lost pets. If your dog goes missing, the FAQ says to call the Animal Control Officer at 682-237-2969 with details and a photo if you have one. Animal Control is part of the Trophy Club Police Department.

Outside business hours, the police non-emergency line is 972-434-5500, option 9, answered around the clock, and emergencies go to 911. On the Grapevine Lake trails, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers welcomes dogs but requires a leash at all times and asks owners to pick up after them.
