Dog servicesin Greenville, TX

Greenville, TX sets a household limit that depends on whether your pets are fixed. Under the city's animal control ordinances, you may keep up to three dogs, or five dogs and cats combined with no more than three of either. If every pet is spayed or neutered, the limit rises to four dogs, or six dogs and cats combined with no more than four of either. Above that, you need a Multi-Pet Premises Permit for sterilized pets, $100 to apply and $20 a year to renew, or a Private Kennel Permit for unsterilized pets, $250 to apply and $100 a year.

Greenville also asks for rabies shots earlier than state law: by three months of age, a booster within a year, then yearly or every three years depending on the vaccine. Your dog must wear its rabies tag. Tethering a dog to a stationary object or trolley is generally banned unless you are outside with it, and away from home your dog must be on a leash under someone's physical control.
